The terms of the contract are determined exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions.

2. Basic features of services
The subject of the order is the preparation and registration of a vehicle license plate in the electronic toll collection system. In particular, the Contractor will prepare the registration of the Ordering Party's vehicle license plate as an independent service provider via the Internet service.

3. The total price of the service includes all taxes and duties
The price for the ordered service includes the official price of the vignette together with our service fee; the total price can be seen in the summary that we display in the last step of the order process on our website.

4. Terms of service and period of service
If you expressly request it, the registration of your vehicle license plate will be carried out after the conclusion of the contract. Registration is usually completed after about 15 minutes.

5. Order process
You can select services on www.winietaonline.com and order them directly from the website. After selecting a service, you can provide the information we need to provide our service correctly. Providing this information will compile information about the service. By clicking "Continue to overview", additional information will be requested for the conclusion of the contract and obtaining consent. An overview of the selected services and the data entered will be displayed. This can be changed again. Only by clicking the "Confirm purchase" button will a binding offer to conclude a contract be made. The process can be interrupted at any time by closing the browser window. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the order. This does not constitute acceptance of the contract by the contractor. The contractual relationship will only come into effect upon receipt of the "confirmation of registration". You will receive this by e-mail. The contractual relationship will come into effect at the latest upon performance of the service.

6. Cancellation Policy
(1.) Right of withdrawal for consumers:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons for withdrawal. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

You may use the attached withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send us notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

(2.) Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from the contract, we must return to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that arise if you have chosen a type of delivery other than our cheapest standard delivery options), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification from you that you are withdrawing from this contract. To return these amounts, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged as a result of this payment. If you have requested that the services begin within the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to this contract in compared to the total scope of services to be performed in accordance with this

Note regarding premature expiry of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal also expires together with the service contract if we have fully performed the services and started providing the service after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you lose the right of withdrawal after full performance of the contract.

7. Storage of contractual data
We store your contractual data and will send you the contractual documents by e-mail.

8. Contract language
The contract language is exclusively Polish, English, German.

9. Extra-judicial dispute resolution
We will not participate in the dispute resolution process before a consumer arbitration board. However, the Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumers states that we should still refer you to the relevant consumer commission:
